That’s a Konami branded Super Famicom controller, a Capcom Soldier Pad for the Super Famicom, A Sega Genesis Turbo Touch 360, Ascii’s Grip RPG controller and a not at all common prototype Airplay pad for the PlayStation that still works and has some pretty unique design elements.
